Do I need to be home to receive my wine shipment?

Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all alcohol deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day.

Which states do you ship to?

We currently ship to most US states, however, due to varying state laws, we cannot ship to Utah, Mississippi, or Alabama. Please check our shipping page for the most up-to-date list.

What happens if a bottle arrives broken?

We take great care in our packaging, but accidents happen. If your wine arrives damaged, please take a photo of the bottle and the packaging and contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Can I return wine if I don't like the taste?

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference. However, if a bottle is 'corked' or flawed, please contact us so we can make it right.

How do you protect wine from extreme temperatures during shipping?

During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may offer 'Weather Hold' services to store your wine in our temperature-controlled warehouse until conditions are safe for transit.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most East Coast deliveries arrive within 3-5 business days, while West Coast deliveries take 5-7 business days.
