Please inspect your delivery immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours if you encounter any issues with your order.

    Secure Packaging

    If a return is authorized, please repack the item securely in its original specialized wine shipping container to prevent further breakage during transit.

    Refund or Replacement

    Once the returned shipment is received at our cellar, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement bottle at no extra cost.
